Chatbot Helps Write my Ed Tech Philosophy

I used ChatGPT to help me with writing my Educational Technology Philosophy. It was very enlightening and helpful. This is the link to the chat I had: https://bit.ly/chatGPTBlogpost2 I started by giving the Chabot the role of an educational professional helping me, am educational technology student, write my philosophy. The bot did an amazing job at giving me an outline to follow for to write my philosophy. It then asked questions for each section to get my important on how I used technology, my teaching style, differentiating, and other things used in the classroom. It gave me a good starting point to be able to write my philosophy. While the Chabot did cohesive paragraphs that include the information I input, it was very repetitive. It use very similar language in each paragraph. I think with adding my own beliefs, values, and goals to the educational philosophy the Chabot wrote will help elevate it. Chabots cannot add a personal touch to write. When I read what the Chabot wrote...

Technology-Rich Learning

After we read the textbook and did the activities contained in it, I would have the class complete an Edpuzzle or two. These are videos with questions imbedde...

Chat with CHATGPT about Educational Technology

This is the link to the chat I had: https://bit.ly/chatGPTBlogpost1  I have used ChatGPT before so I did have some experience with using this program. I choose to start the conversation by telling the chatbot that I was a graduate student in educational technology and I assign the bot the role of an educational technology professional. I did this because I wanted to get more relevant answers. Using ChatGPT is pretty simple. The information is presented in an easy to read format with sub categories to help breakup text. When I asked the chatbot "How can AI-driven tools help tailor learning experiences to individual students' needs?" It gave me the benefits and challenges to consider. I like that it does not just focus on the benefits and gives all sides to a question. I am fairly confident in the accuracy and validity of the output I was given. While I have used ChatGPT bef...
